TCHS in France

The French program travels to France every two years on the odd years.  Below you will find information on our current trip plus a gallery archive of our past trips.

2021 Trip- Information Coming Soon! 

The 2021 trip will take us to Paris to see the Louvre, Notre Dame, and of course, the Eiffel Tower. We will then travel through the Basque Country in the south west of France near the Spanish border. Then we will travel through the south of France to visit the medieval castle of Carcassonne, the bridge in Avignon, the Calanques in Cassis, a Roman aqueduct in Pont-du-Gard, and the Mediterranean coast in NiceWe will finish our trip back in Paris to see the castle of Versailles. 2019 Trip- Paris and the Chateaux

The 2019 trip took us to Paris where we visited the Louvre, Notre Dame, Musée d'Orsay, Montmartre, and the Eiffel Tower. We then travelled through the Loire Valley and visited the famous Renaissance chateaux in Chambord, Chenonceau, and Amboise. We also spent two days in Normandy at the D-day beaches, the American cemetery, and the Peace Museum in Caen. Please enjoy our gallery of photos.

 

2017 Trip- French Promenade

The 2017 trip took us to Paris where we visited the Louvre, Notre Dame, and the Eiffel Tower. Then we took the high speed train to the southwest of France in the Pyrenees near the Spanish border. We travelled along the Southern part of France where we saw the medieval castle of Carcassonne, the bridge in Avignon, the Calanques in Cassis, a Roman aqueduct in Pont-du-Gard, and the Mediterranean coast in Nice.
